Meet the Family Behind Sora
Sora was opened in 2022 by the family behind La Montaña — a tribute to two fathers who shaped their lives. One father Latin, one father Asian, both immigrants who raised their children in America through hard work and sacrifice.
Combining Latin roots with Japanese technique is the family’s way of honoring them, weaving together the two cultures that raised them into every roll, cocktail, and plate we serve.
